Vision
Our vision is for our program to be the most trusted childcare in creating a nurturing, stimulating and welcoming learning environment for children ages 6 weeks to 4 years old while paving the way for a brighter future with the love of Jesus Christ.
Mission
Our mission is to provide a safe, loving, welcoming, nurturing, and happy place for all the little ones that walks in our door. We want your little one to love coming to school! We provide the support and opportunities for them to play, learn and grow while reaching one milestone at a time.
Our Philosophy
Your Child is in Great Hands
Children’s play is important to their development. Therefore, children are provided with the opportunity to play, learn and grow with other children in a safe, loving environment with an atmosphere of acceptance and warmth. BHPS provides a small secure environment for children during the most important stages of their development. At BHPS, we believe “Early Education Starts at Home” so we offer a home away from home providing care for children ages: 6 weeks to 4 years old. We provide them the opportunity to play and learn while supporting their: physical, social/emotional, cognitive and spiritual development. This home childcare is a fun, exciting, and colorful environment that your child will love to come to. Therefore, my goal in providing quality childcare for your child is…
-
To provide a healthy, nurturing, and safe environment
-
To accept, respect, and appreciate each child and family
-
To provide age appropriate materials and equipment that supports children’s learning in a fun and interesting way
-
To encourage the physical development of large motor skills through outdoor and indoor play as well as fine motor development through manipulative toys, blocks, and puzzles.
-
To encourage creativity by offering experiences in music, art, and literature
-
To encourage interest in language through games, stories, and conversation
-
To collaborate with parents in the care and teaching of their children.
Communication is the best way to a child’s development. The parent and the provider need to have a good working relationship to communicate and work together. Parent and provider need to exchange any changes in the child’s life such as routing changes, events, or activities as well as divorce, separation, moving, visitors and so on…all this information can help understand the child’s feeling, behavior and well-being. I urge you to share with me any information you think I am missing or need to improve.
